The 120 square metre flat for up to 14 people consists of 4 parquet floored rooms (101, 103, 104, 105), each with its own shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with extendable table offers space for 5-6 people and is exclusively available to the tenants of this flat. Large groups will be delighted if we convert the large room 103 into a living/dining room for up to 14 people or into a seminar room which can be used by up to 26 people.

Named after the music and pop genius David Bowie (* 1947 in London - † 2016 in New York), organised several times by ART CONCERTS/Franz Abraham in Munich in the 90s. Minimum period: 3 nights; a booking of only 2 nights is possible for the price of 2.5 nights.

• The room you have chosen may be replaced by another of the same quality, size and facilities, unless otherwise agreed.
• Check-in is also possible in the morning, even if your room is not yet ready.
